Native American Culture Days Coordinator
Desiree Negrette (she/her) is a fourth year double majoring in Psychology and Native American Studies. She is an active member in the Native American community on campus; involved in the Native American Student Union (NASU), the American Science and Engineering Society (AISES), and the Powwow Committee. She was raised in the Bay Area and has Native American and Spanish roots. Social Justice and empowering the youth is her passion. She has a career goal of being a womxn of color working in clinical psychology to help combat the intergenerational trauma of oppressed people.
