Co-Sponsorships for RSOs and Campus Departments

Cross Cultural Center Co Sponsorships

The Cross-Cultural Center (CCC) Co-Sponsorships are funding for on campus events, activities or programs that advance the institutional goal for campus diversity and promote social justice. 

Please submit a request for ONE EVENT/ACTIVITY/PROGRAM at a time. 

UC Davis Registered Student Organizations (RSO) and UC Davis Campus Departments that apply for CCC Co-Sponsorships may receive up to $500 per academic year. 
An event hosted by multiple organizations would only be eligible for up to $500. 
Co-Sponsorships for RSOs will be transferred to their active agency accounts after the event.

Co-Sponsorship Eligibility Criteria

  • Co-Sponsorships are approved on the basis of application quality. 
    Must be a UC Davis affiliated one-time event on campus and free for all to attend
    Event/activity must align with one or more of the six values of the Cross Cultural Center. 
  • Apply 30 days prior to the event taking place. 
  • Event must fall between Week 2 of Fall quarter and Week 9 of Spring Quarter.  Events before or after this period will not be granted. 
  • Co Sponsorships for official UC Davis DEPARTMENTS are by request starting week zero
  • Applications CANNOT be completed by a CCC team member   
    Must have an ACTIVE Agency or Department Account to receive the funds!
  • This year CCC Co-Sponsorships cannot be used for off campus events or travel.  

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Amount of funds granted will be based on the demonstrated need and available funds for CCC Co-Sponsorships. Applications are reviewed on Fridays and can take up to 10 days.
