Danzantes del Alma

Danzantes del Alma, the student folklorico dance troupe of UC Davis established in 1977, has made it possible to celebrate traditional and contemporary Mexican, Chicano and Latino cultures through learning and performing traditional dances of Mexico and contemporary dances of the Chicano/Latino experience.

Graduate Students of Color (GSoC) Mentorship Program

This is a 2-quarter program with the goal of assisting in the retention of UC Davis graduate students from historically marginalized communities.

Peer Education and Community Empowerment (PEACE)

PEACE is a peer-to-peer education group. We are an organization run by and for students from marginalized communities.


  • MENASA Community Retreat

Grants for Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) & Campus Departments

The Cross-Cultural Center (CCC) Grants are funding for events, activities or programs that advance the institutional goal for campus diversity, and promote social justice. Grants are money that do not have to be returned and are given on the basis of application quality. UC Davis Registered Student Organizations (RSO) and UC Davis Campus Departments that apply for a grant may receive up to $500 per year. Grants for RSOs and campus departments will be given in the form of reimbursements.
